Quality Policy

The Islamic Insurance Company, is a Jordanian Limited Public Shareholding Company established in 1996. The Islamic Insurance Company is an Islamic insurance services provider, it provides its insurance services and all its activities in compliance with the Islamic shari'ah principles. It continuously seeks to raise the efficiency of its administrative and technical system besides keeping its customer satisfaction on the track and upgrading the insurance services provided to the company's community and customers through implementing a solid quality management system (ISO 9001: 2015).

The Islamic Insurance Company commits to achieve the following purposes:

  • Providing a legitimate alternative to Commercial Insurance to meet the needs of a large segment of society who do not deal with commercial insurance.
  • Completion of the Islamic economic circles along with Islamic Banks and other Islamic Financial Institutions.
  • Contributing in building and prospering the national economy through providing economic projects, developing and  investing funds in legitimate means.
  • Spreading the concept and culture of the Islamic Insurance internally and externally, and raise insurance awareness in the local community through lectures, workshops, publishing books on the theme of Islamic Insurance.
  • Contributing in establishing and managing newly established Islamic Insurance and Reinsurance Companies.
  • Providing continuous training to raise the efficiency of workers and developing their managerial and technical skills.
  • Raising awareness of our staff to commit in the Islamic Insurance Company's Quality Management Policy (ISO 9001: 2015).
  • Providing high quality services to achieve customer satisfaction according to the rules and principles of the Islamic Shari'ah.
  • Continuous development of our applied Quality Management by setting goals and reviewing them constantly and increase the quality of our products.
  • Examine the internal and external environment, analyzing risks and opportunities to ensure providing our services within the customer's requirements and to secure improved performance on an ongoing basis and to achieve the best returns for shareholders in the company.
  • Achieve our quality goals and constantly reviewing them in accordance with quality controlled procedures.
